November 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past month, 763 persons have been restricted from entering the country for administrative offenses and violation of the requirements of the relevant articles of the Migration Code.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Migration Service that for violating the requirements of the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offences, 309 decisions were made to impose an administrative fine with administrative expulsion from the country and 763 decisions to restrict the entry of foreigners and stateless persons into the country for violating the requirements of the relevant articles of the Migration Code.

Of them, 689 were accepted for violating the requirements of Article 16.1.8 of the Migration Code (if the person who was given an administrative reprimand in the form of an administrative fine without administrative departure from the Republic of Azerbaijan did not pay the fine (including accrued money)), 74 – for violating the requirements of other articles of the Migration Code.
