 October 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank has published information on average interest rates on consumer loans, based on the requirement of the "Rules for calculating the bank's capital and its adequacy".

ABC.AZ reports that the average interest rate on loans given with a credit card as of September 30, 2024, compared with September 30, 2023, decreased by 1 percentage point to 24%, on car loans by 1 p.p. to 12% and by 3 p.p. to 16% on loans related to repair of residential premises.

The average interest rate grew by 1 p.p. to 25% on loans related to the purchase of household appliances, and by 1 p.p. to 20% on other consumer loans (cash loan).
