October 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers decided to ensure the execution of the order of President Ilham Aliyev dated October 17, 2024 "On the liquidation of the state contract corporation - Azerkontrakt OJSC and the settlement of issues arising from this."
ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new order.
According to the order, the Ministry of Justice, in coordination with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the State Oil Company (SOCAR) and other relevant state bodies (legal entities of the state), which will be determined in the course of execution, must submit proposals to the Cabinet Ministers within 5 months to bring regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet Ministers in line with the presidential order.
