October 23, Fineko/abc.az. There is a need for widespread use of alternative financial instruments, such as factoring, in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports, quoting Mammad Musayev, the president of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan, as saying this at the Azerbaijan Microfinance Conference in Baku.

He added that this can facilitate access to financial resources and optimize financial opportunities, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Musayev also touched upon the global transition to a "green economy":

"The use of "green finance" not only contributes to environmental protection, but is also of great importance for increasing economic growth and social well-being. In Azerbaijan, progress in this area is possible through cooperation with international financial organizations and the use of innovative approaches."
