October 21, Fineko/abc.az. The establishment of minimum price for alcoholic beverages applies only to vodka.

ABC.AZ reports that Azer Amiraslanov, the chair of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, said about this at today's meeting of the Committee when discussing the proposed amendments to the Law on Consumer Protection.

He noted that this draft was prepared on president’s instructions, which takes into account the retail sale price: "When setting the minimum price, the relevant rules will be taken into account."
