October 18, Fineko/abc.az. Forum "Green Finance & Sustainable Development" is taking place in Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that at the forum, Central Bank’s chairman Taleh Kazimov, when delivering speech about green bonds, said that the Central Bank has formed a legal framework:

"Over the past three years, the loan portfolio has grown by 18.4%. Banks will announce their financial obligations on the eve of COP29. The central bank has also focused on human capital development in its roadmap. This direction is new for each country, as well as for Azerbaijan."
