October 15, Fineko/abc.az. The banks that received the most complaints in Azerbaijan this September have become known.

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the bank customer complaint index about the use of banking services.

According to the report, in September 2024, the largest number of complaints were received against Bank Avrasiya with an index of 8.21. In August, this bank did not appear in the complaints index. Complaints against Bank BTB more than doubled up to 4.28. In total, eight banks were included in the red stripe, where there is the highest level of complaints. There are 5 banks in the yellow bar, i.e. the average complaint index. Five other banks are in the green band, which is considered the lowest complaint index. The least complained about banks in the list were PASHA Bank with index of 0.12 and Xalq Bank with index of 0.43.
