October 10, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues has summed up the results of an investment tender for the sale of shares of another large manufacturing enterprise in the country - Gəncə-Qənnadı JSC, owned by the state and making up 30.03% of the authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service that the winner of the investment competition was announced by an individual Mahir Abdullayev, who offered more favorable conditions.

According to the purchase and sale agreement signed with the winner of the competition, the investor must transfer 450,000 manats to the State Budget and additionally complete an investment program in the amount of 450,000 manats at the enterprise within 1 year.

As part of the program, the company plans to purchase and install a waffle oven, an automatic production line for various types of sweets and machines for wrapping them, repair the roof and laboratory of the enterprise, purchase new equipment.
