October 8, Fineko/abc.az. As of October 1, 2024, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan increased by 3.7% compared with the beginning of the year and reached 789,700 people, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service.

The number of active VAT-payers reached 51,000, and the number of operating business entities (facilities) - 212,200, which is 11.5% and 3.8% more, respectively, than at the beginning of 2024.
