October 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after a 9% rise in the last week.

The price of Brent crude futures for December on the ICE Futures exchange decreased by $0.35 (0.45%) to $77.70 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on October 4, December Brent crude futures rose by $0.43 (0.55%) to $78.05 per barrel.

The price of November’s WTI oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange fell by $0.24 (0.32%) to $74.14 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on October 4, WTI oil futures for November grew in price by $0.67 (0.91%) to $74.38 per barrel.

Last week, Brent crude and WTI crude oil rose by 9.1%.
