October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Persons for whom probation period has been established will be appointed to the appropriate position in the customs authorities without assigning a special rank, and during this period they will receive only an official salary.
ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Regulation on Service in the Customs Authorities, which was considered today at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy & State Building.
According to the law, the probation period is not set for persons appointed to senior positions when applying for service in the customs authorities, and persons with an academic degree. According to the proposed changes, these persons will be accepted for permanent service in the customs authorities with appointment to the appropriate position.
