The antimonopoly agency intends to file a lawsuit against Visa in federal court on Tuesday, accusing it of various anti-competitive practices, the report said, citing unnamed sources.

The Department is preparing to accuse Visa of taking measures to prevent competitors from challenging its dominant position in the debit card market.
