August 15, Fineko/abc.az. According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the dollar exchange rate against the manat remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats. According to ABC.AZ, the euro exchange rate increased by 0.2% to 1.8718 manats, while the ruble exchange rate increased by 1.1% to 0.0189 manats.
