July 23, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has carried out the state registration of non-bank credit organization E-Kredit, established on the basis of Nakhchivan Bank OJSC (under liquidation).

ABC.AZ reports that the new NBCO is registered at the legal address: 27 Jalila Mammadguluzade Street, Nakhchivan city.

Its authorized capital meets the minimum requirement set for NBCO - 300,000 manats, and its legal representative is Isa Isayev. He was the first deputy chairman of board of Nakhchivan Bank.

This is the second case of bank's transformation into NBCO in Azerbaijan. Previously, ParaBank was transformed into NBCO Para.
