July 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's national standards will be applied in Belarus.

ABC.AZ reports that the 65th meeting of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology & Certification of heads of state bodies engaged in activities in the field of standardization, metrology, certification and accreditation was held at the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization (AZSTANDART) in Minsk.

During the event, a meeting was organized between the delegation of AZSTANDART and the delegation of the State Committee for Standardization of Belarus (BELST).

At the meeting, a protocol was signed between BELST and AZSTANDART.

For the first time, the Protocol will open up wide opportunities for the application of Azerbaijan's national standards in Belarus. The implementation of these opportunities was entrusted to the Belarusian Institute of Standardization.
