CBA made a decision on PashaPay

July 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has granted a license to the company of the payment system PashaPay LLC, known in the market under brands MilliÖN and m10.

ABC.AZ reports that by the decision of the Board of Directors dated June 27, 2024, PashaPay was granted license number EPT-004.

The company receives permits in the following areas:

- execution of operations on receipt and (or) withdrawal of funds on the payment account;

- execution of payment transactions by credit transfer, direct debit, payment card or other payment instruments;

- acquiring a payment transaction;

- money transfer;

- the issue of electronic money and the implementation of payment transactions with electronic money;

- intermediary services for conducting payment transactions;

- a service for providing information about accounts.
