April 24, Fineko/abc.az. There is an increase in prices for taxi services.

ABC.AZ reports that drivers say that due to the fact that cars of 1999 and 2000 production were excluded from taxi operations, the number of cars has declined. This, in turn, affected prices.

Transport expert Yasin Mustafayev stressed the importance of improving quality along with price.

AYNA informs that, according to the new rules, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs wishing to engage in passenger transportation in passenger cars by taxi must act on the basis of appropriate permits. For this, they must obtain a pass certificate and a pass card.

Due to the price increase, Bolt reported that orders in the system are formed based on supply and demand. We’d like to inform drivers so that they adapt their activity to the requirements of the legislation.

Otherwise, Bolt will not send orders to the owners of these cars.

Uber reported that the final price of the trip depends on many factors, such as the proportion of empty cars and people who want to order a taxi in the area, the distance and duration of the trip, traffic jams. The smaller the number of available drivers, the higher the cost of the trip may be.
