July 30, Fineko/abc.az. The complaint received to the “Hotline” of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources regarding waste disposal on the territory of Shagan settlement of Khazar district. The employees of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Baku examined and confirmed the fact.

A protocol was drawn up against the chairman of the Shagan municipality, Afiyaddin Mammadov, who was fined up to AZN 3000 in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses. For the purpose of cleaning the wastes, the chairman was given a "mandatory order".
