February 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Economy discussed the prospects for development of the Alat Free Economic Zone and preparation of a roadmap on activity of the special working group on the economic zone.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Economy that discussions took place within working group’s first meeting.

The meeting was attended by Acting Minister of Economy and head of the working group Mikayil Jabbarov, Alat FEZ authorized body’s chairman of board Valeh Aleskerov and reps of relevant governmental agencies.

The meeting provided information on the country’s ongoing reforms, aimed at diversifying the oil economy, favorable business environment and measures to raise investments.
