January 31, Fineko/abc.az. The Technical Committee for Standardization of the Textile Sector (Azstand/TK 45) was established by the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization (Azstand), subordinate to the State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision & Consumer Market Control.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Institute, AZSTAND/TK 45 includes textile industry processes, auxiliary textile materials, feathers and down, textile fibers, textile industry products, textile floor coverings, home textiles and linen, yarn, textile fabrics, yarns, geotextiles, smart textiles, other textile industry products was established in order to ensure the participation of interested parties the parties to the development of state, primary, international, regional, interstate standards in the field of materials for reinforcing composites, textile equipment.

The technical committee is attended by representatives of the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization, the Republican Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health, the State Labor Inspection Service (under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population), and other business entities.

The chairmanship of the technical committee, the charter and structure of which have been approved, will be carried out by AZSTAND.
