January 30, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, all actions to purchase an apartment from housing & construction cooperatives can be carried out on a single electronic platform, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Nigar Alimova, chairman of board of the State Cadastre & Real Estate Registry.

She added that through the single electronic system, which is under development, citizens will be able to join the cooperative, become shareholders, make share contributions, and after full repayment of contributions, receive a financial document on payment.

"Now work is underway on the creation of the platform. A package of amendments to a number of legislative acts, as well as to the Civil Code, will be prepared and will determine how the system will work, which structures will be included in it," Alimova said.

She noted that by buying an apartment, a citizen will be able to see whether the commissioning of the house is allowed.
