January 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan, with the participation of the State Oil Fund, has conducted a currency auction.

According to the CBA, at the foreign exchange auction on January 30, the demand of banks amounted to $64.2 million and was fully provided. This is $21.4 million, or 50% more than at the last auction.

At a foreign exchange auction on January 25, the CBA sold $42.8 million to banks.

As a result of the auction, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat was formed at the level of 1.7000 AZN/USD.
