January 29, Fineko/abc.az. In order to expand the access of business entities to financial resources, in 2023, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (under the Ministry of Economy) gave a concessional loan in the amount of 193.8 million manats to finance 3,276 investment projects with total value of 459.9 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote about this on social network X.

The minister noted that more than 3,000 new jobs have been created due to those loans.

"99.8% of loans in terms of the number of projects and 91.1% in total were given to micro, small and medium-sized businesses," the post says.
