January 23, Fineko/abc.az. As of January 1, 2024, the amount of overdue loans in Azerbaijan totaled 437.8 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that this is 0.6% less than on December 1, 2023. During the past year, the problem loans in the country decreased by 26.3%.

By the end of December 2023, the share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio made up 1.8%. By the end of November, this figure was 1.9%, and by the end of December 2022 - 2.9%.
