December 26, Fineko/abc.az. Transactions in the national currency for Azerbaijan's foreign trade transactions decreased in 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that 113 million export operations in the equivalent of $794,420 and 2 million import operations in the equivalent of $783,150 were carried out in manats for Jan-Nov 2023.

Over Jan-Nov 2022, exports in national currency amounted to $121.745 million, and transactions - $36.437 million.

Transactions in manats for exports dropped by 6.5% per year, and for imports by 92.4%.
