December 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the resolutions from December 23, 2000 "On resolving certain issues arising from the adoption of the Civil Code" and from February 13, 2006 "On approving the Rules for state registration of the mortgage list".

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

Under the decision, from now on, the minimum limit of the authorized capital of a joint-stock company in cases provided for by laws regulating financial markets in Azerbaijan will be determined by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
