Bankrupt bank’s tax payments to State Budget to be paid in full

December 5, Fineko/abc.az. The draft amendments to the Law on Banks has been considered at a Milli Majlis meeting.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the draft document, the assets of the bank declared bankrupt will be distributed among its creditors in a new order of priority.

After discussion, the bill was submitted for discussion and adopted in the 3rd reading.
