November 21, Fineko/abc.az. A meeting of shareholders of NBCO Finoko OJSC will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that tmeeting, to be held on December 29, 2023, will be an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, company’s director said.

At the meeting, it is planned to increase NBCO’s shares by issuing new shares.

Finoko has authorized capital of 5,355,000 manats and 50% of each of these capitals belongs to brothers Elchin and Elmar Aliyev.
