November 14, Fineko/abc.az. A fee will be charged in the amount established by the Tariff (Price) Council of Azerbaijan for services relating to land cadastre works carried out by order of state organizations, municipalities, legal entities and individuals, with exception of works conducted on the basis of a state order.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the amendment to the Regulation on the Rules of the State Land Cadastre adopted by the Cabinet Ministers.

Changes have also been made to the Rules for maintaining land cadastral documentation

According to the Resolution, a fee will be charged in the amount established by the Tariff (Price) Council for services relating to the preparation of technical cadastral and land management documents (cadastral maps and planning and cartographic materials) and issuance of information and documents about these works (archival certificates, certified copies of technical documents), carried out by order of state organizations, municipalities, legal entities and individuals, with exception of works based on the state order.
