November 4, Fineko/abc.az. The State Budget expenditures for 2024 are envisaged in the amount of 36.763 billion (138.2 million mantas, or 0.4% more than in 2023).

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the "Presentation of draft state and review budgets for 2024" published by the Ministry of Finance.

The share of State Budget expenditures in GDP will increase by 31.1% or 0.5 p.p. compared to 2023.

In the structure of State Budget expenditures for the next year, current expenditures will amount to 61.6% or 22.622 billion manats (544.1 million manats, or 2.5% more than in 2023, and 4.883 billion manats or 27.5% more than in 2022), capital expenditures will amount to 33.1% or 12.168 billion manats, expenses, related to servicing the public debt, will amount to 5.4% or 1.972 billion (790.1 million manats or 66.8% more than in 2023).
