October 20, Fineko/abc.az. According to the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan today, the US dollar exchange rate has remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats. 

ABC.AZ reports that the euro rate increased by 0.4% up to 1.7978 manats and the Russian ruble rate - 0.0175 manats.
