September 19, Fineko/abc.az. Mahshur Mammadov, who controlled 35% of the shares of NBCO Embafinans CJSC, sold its stake in the company.

ABC.AZ reports that his share was bought by NBCO’s main shareholder Elshad Abbasov, and now he controls 86% of the shares.

The remaining 14% of the shares, as before, belong to Tamara Polyakova.

Mammadov is an MP of Milli Majlis MP of the 6th convocation, a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Parliament.

Embafinans was established in 2012. Its authorized capital is 10 million manats.
