September 7, Fineko/abc.az. On September 28, Baku Auction Center LLC will hold open auctions for the sale of real estate of Bank Standard, Atrabank and Demir Bank OJSC, which are in the process of liquidation.

ABC.AZ reported that the liquidator of banks – the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund informs about this.

Real estate objects for sale: a plot of land with an area of 4,043 hectares, located in the village of Ikinji Nugedi, Guba district, owned by Bank Standard; an apartment with a total area of 47.30 m2, owned by Atrabank, located at address: Baku city, Nasimi district, Drogalny Lane, House 4; a private residential building with a total area of 387 sq m, located in the village of Sarai, Absheron district, owned by DemirBank.

The banks' real estate is estimated at 35,000 manats, 60,000 manats and 150,000 manats, respectively.
