August 31, Fineko/abc.az. Caspian Engineering Procurement and Construction LLC, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has changed its name.

The company has been renamed SOCAR Projects, ABC.AZ reports citing Report.

Caspian Engineering Procurement and Construction was established in 2021. Its legal address is 73 Neftchilar Ave., Sabayil district, Baku, and its authorized capital is AZN 10,000.

Farid Mazahir oglu Hajiyev is the legal representative of the company.
