US electric carmaker Rivian has more than tripled its earnings in the second quarter of the year, to $1.12 billion yoy.

According to ABC.AZ, Rivian reported that in the second quarter the number of delivered cars increased by 60%.

The company has increased its annual production volume from 50,000 to 52,000 cars.
Although Rivian has improved Q2 performance, it is still operating at a great disadvantage.
The company's loss amounted to $1.19 billion compared with a loss of $1.7 billion in the second quarter of 2022.
