June 22, Fineko/abc.az. The premiums by 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan were gathered for AZN 566.434 million for Jan-May 2023 (32.8% more against Jan-May 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The amount of payments made by insurance companies for Jan-May 2023 totaled AZN 174.436 million (35.2% more than a year ago).

Over Jan-May 2023, 30.8 manats were paid for every 100 manats of premiums collected on the insurance market. For the same period last year, this figure was 30.2 manats.
