June 21, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy) transferred AZN 61.2 million to the State Budget for Jan-May 2023 (2.2-fold more against Jan-May 2022).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service that AZN 47.2 million (2.7-fold more) of payments were ensured at the expense of privatization and AZN 14 million (35.9% more) due to rent.

The Service conducted 24 privatization auctions, at which 7 joint-stock companies, 9 small state-owned enterprises, one unfinished object and 233 cars were privatized.

Over Jan-May 2023, 1,481 new lease agreements were concluded. 313 of them are lease agreements for non-residential premises and 1,168 are land plots.
