June 20, Fineko/abc.az. 40,000 entrepreneurs will benefit from simplifying the procedure for objects that are not documented.

ABC.AZ reports that documentation of non-residential facilities built with serious violations of norms, as well as located on forest lands, as well as high-voltage lines, gas pipelines, oil pipelines built in the security zone, as well as those built with serious violations, will be impossible.

I wonder how non-residential premises in dangerous protected lanes will be documented?

Elshad Mammadov, deputy chairman of board of public law legal entity State Cadastre & Register, noted that if the land is not owned or the neighbor's municipal land has been used, crossing the boundaries of the land owned by him, it will be quickly leased to these entrepreneurs or privatized outside the auction.

Mammadov added that the appeals of entrepreneurs will be received by the relevant regional departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

You will not need to apply to any additional institution, take a certificate and submit it to another institution.

On the basis of a citizen's appeal, the MES will apply to the State Service for Property Issues.

Mammadov notes that about 40,000 entrepreneurs will use the current decree.
