June 13, Fineko/abc.az. With signing of the Shusha Declaration, we reached the allied level.

ABC.AZ reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated about this during expanded talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev

"We are determined to develop our relations in all areas, which have reached the allied level with signing of the Shusha Declaration," he said in Baku.

Erdogan added that Türkiye is ready to "open the consulate general in Shusha" when Baku wants it, which "will be a message to the whole world, in particular to Armenia".
