Closed bank’s property for AZN 2.2 million to be put up for sale

February 22, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy will hold an auction at 10 am on 28 March for the sale of 4 private residential buildings owned by DemirBank OJSC, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the SSPI.

The starting price of houses put up for auction ranges from AZN 2.2 million to AZN 2.225 million. 10% of the starting price must be paid as a deposit.

The auction on property issues will be held in the Office of SSPI.

The license of DemirBank was canceled on 23 December 2017 on the basis of a decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Markets Supervision Chamber.
