January 11, Fineko/abc.az. Google has revealed the exact timing of the launch of new policy regarding the authors of YouTube Shorts videos.

ABC.AZ reports that it has been announced on official channel YouTube Creators that the new YouTube partner program contract will come into force this week.

Acceptance of the new agreement is required from all authors receiving money under the affiliate program, and must be signed by July 10, 2023 in order to continue monetization in the future.

The main addition to the contract was the YouTube Shorts Monetization Module, which will allow earning money on short content on YouTube.

Revenue comes from advertising or YouTube Premium and will be allocated to authors from 1 February 2023.
