November 14, Fineko/abc.az. U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen made a statement about China.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign press that according to J. Yellen, limiting of the price of Russian oil will be beneficial for China, India and other countries that buy it.

Yellen stressed that this measure will give China, as well as other countries, more leverage to reach agreements on the purchase of oil from Russia at a lower price. Yellen emphasized that China's purchase of Russian oil "fully" corresponds to the West's desire to keep it at the world market.
