October 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR will consider Rosneft's proposal to participate in project Vostok Oil.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to TASS that SOCAR head Rovshan Najaf told reporters about this.

Earlier, the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, said that the company would be glad to see "its friends" among the participants of the project, including SOCAR.

When asked if the company plans to consider this proposal, Najaf said: "Yes. Like all offers."

According to Sechin, Rosneft continues to implement the Vostok Oil Project on schedule.
