October 25, Fineko/abc.az. In the 3rd quarter of this year SOCAR carried out more than 18,000 m of drilling operations.

ABC.AZ was informed at SOCAR that for Q3 of 2022 the company produced about 2 million tons of oil and over 2 bn cu m of gas at the SOCAR-run fields.

Compared with Q3, SOCAR's gas extraction grew by 1.3%.

In the 3rd quarter of this year, the country produced over 8 million tons of oil and about 11 bn cu m of gas.
