The addresses to us at the level of presidents, prime ministers and ministers were as follows: "You will attend the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. We ask you to inform Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, with whom you have good relations, so that they do not reduce the volume of fuel and gas supplies in the coming winter," the Turkish minister said.
