August 29, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark oil prices are rising in trading on Monday.

At London's ICE, Brent oil futures with settlement in October rose by $0.71 (0.70%) by 09:21 to $101.70 per barrel. As a result of trading on August 26, the cost of October Brent oil futures fell by $1.65 (1.66%) to $100.99 per barrel.

At New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), October WTI oil futures  rose in price by $1.05 (1.13%) to $94.11 per barrel by 09:21. As a result of trading on August 26, the cost of October WTI oil futures rose by $0.54 (0.58%) to $93.06 per barrel.

By the result of last week, Brent oil surged 4.42% and WTI rose by 2.90%.
