July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The tender of the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) for the purchase of software has ended.

ABC.AZ reports that Farah Innovations LLC was selected as the tender winner. MIDA will pay 191,859 manats for an annual license and subscriptions to 18 softwares.

Farah Innovations has a current tax debt of 15,983 manats.

And the requirements of Article 6.2.5 of the Law on Public Procurement exclude not only the choice of the winner, but also the participation in the tender of companies with tax arrears.
