July 6, Fineko/abc.az. The owner of the KFC and Pizza Hut restaurant chain intends to sell the business in Russia to Yum! Brands.

ABC.AZ reports that the company is currently "at an advanced stage" of the process of transferring ownership of KFC restaurants and a franchise in the Russian Federation to a local player.

About 1,000 KFC fast-food restaurants and 50 Pizza Hut pizzerias operated in Russia. Yum's own structure! Brands - Yam Restaurants Rush LLC - managed about 70 KFC restaurants, the rest worked under a franchise.
