October 9, Fineko/abc.az. Azersun Holding LLC (Azərsun Holdinq) has announced its reorganization as a result of the merger of Media Balans LLC.

The authorized capital of Media Balans is 50,000 manats, and the authorized capital of Azersun Holding LLC is 127.626 million manats. The legal representative of Media Balans is Roy Ismailzade.

In connection with the reorganization, creditors can declare their claims at the address: Baku city, Nizami district, Keshlya settlement, Heydar Aliyev Avenue.
