June 1, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for renting private residential and country houses have increased in Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that the survey shows that in April the prices for renting private residential and country houses increased by 2.51%.

The cost of renting expensive apartments was 2,965 manats, average - 834 manats, cheap - 299 manats.

The increase in rents for private residential and country houses is associated with an increase in demand for such housing due to the summer season.
